actually i received word of lojban reading a wired article about constructe=

languages on my transatlantic flight starting my student exchange year in=20

how about books on demand, http://www.bod.com
according to their website it costs 350dm for paperback or 500dm for=20
hardcover basic fee plus "a few" hundred for the master dependent on page=20
count, plus 3dm monthly for management. i do not know how that compares to=
=20
publication costs of the red book or to similar service providers. but they=
=20
handle everything from the printing press to distribution for you, which i=
=20
suppose would be big advantage for future book sized publications.=20
