You want {ro remna} or {ro lo remna}.

The declaration seems to be a statement about how things are,
not how they should be, so I wouldn't use {ei} there. Also,
the "born" part is missing. Maybe:

{ro remna cu se jinzi le ka zifre gi'e dunli fi le ka selsinma
e le selflalu}

{lo go'i} is "some human beings" and {lo selflalu} would
