{ni'a catlu le kabri} means that the looker or the cup or both are below
something else. {catlu le ni'a kabri} is correct; it means that the cup is
down. A tanru would also be good.
"He looked at her from head to toes" is {ko'a catlu le ko'e stedu bi'o jamfu}.
