It is sensible, but I think even more sensible would be to move
selma'o GAhO to UI, so we can say things like:

  lo sirji be ko'a ga'o bei ko'e ke'i
  "The interval between ko'a (inclusive) and ko'e (exclusive)"

Then selma'o BIhI can be merged with selma'o JOI, as the only
difference between them is whether they can take GAhO or not.

This is part of my campaign to reduce unnecessary selmaho clutter.
