I think we need to remove that coefficient again. It does not align with the prose (which does not mention it). I'm pretty sure Nora's old DOS implementation of the lujvo scoring algorithm uses lower = better. At least, jvocuhadju (part of jbofihe) uses a lujvo scoring algorithm were lower is better.

So we have the prose, and two computer implementations, speaking out against 32500.
