I'm not sure that's what "termabla" has to mean with the old definition though. It's more like "x1 uses word/_expression_ x2 with derogatory connotation/sense x3". The x2 of old mabla seems to be a word or _expression_, not a person. At least in the first definition "x1 is a derogative connotation/sense of x2 used by x3". In the second definition "x3 derogates/'curses at' x2 in form x1", x2 does become a person (or a thing I suppose), but it's hard to reconcile it with the first.
As for "x1 curses at x2", we have "dapma".
