That's not what "again" means, at all, as I've said before.

You're make a different distinction there; I would say {mi nitcu vo
da} but {mi jmina pa da} in that case.  As such, {mi nitcu za'u xo'e
da} works fine; "I need [a total of] more than I currently have".
