I guess it's OK to have alternatives, but be aware that jbovlaste
already has {flatruci'e}, {zuktruci'e} and {pairtruci'e} for the three
branches of government.

It seems to me a bit unlojbanic to have {ciste} in these lujvo like trying to distinguish a noun from a verb (govern vs. government). What additional information/restriction does {ci'e} convey here?

(I notice that the gismu list does have {truci'e} in the notes, though.)
