"Tell me where you are going and go there." (command dominates)
"Where are you going, and are you obeying my order to go there."
(question dominates)
I wonder if any of this 'command+question' issue would have arisen if the creators of Lojban had simply chosen an imperative marker, maybe in UI, rather than an imperative pronoun.
