You can still wonder what "e'o do klama ma" means. "Where do I suggest
you go?" or "Where do you go? I suggest you go there." So I don't
think it's just because of "ko", although I do think "ko" can always
be replaced by "do"plus an imperative marker ("e'a", "e'e", "e'i",
"e'o" or "e'u").
