A gugde is a sovereign state. A natmi is a group of people united by
ancestry and/or history and/or culture and/or language and/or religion
.... They may or may not correspond. For example, the Australian natmi
is, broadly speaking, confined to the Australian gugde (with the exception
of individual expats, of course); but the Serbian natmi may be found in
at least five gugde: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo.

Rather than making ill-conceived suggestions for improvement based on
uninformed guesses about established conventions in a field of study with
which familiarity is limited, it is sometimes better to stick to merely
observing the usage and listening to the explanations offered, inserting
only questions as needed to fill in gaps in understanding. --Peter Constable
