I think "people" is better, but both English words are polysemous.

Then there's "natmi". Is there any difference between gugde and natmi, besides 
that a gugde has a land?

Would one say "la jugygug. gugde loi .uigru" or "la jugygug. gugde <some 
individual Uighur>"?

If g2 is a people, then "flaselgu'ecmi", but the "fla-" is good.
