I'm thinking of "idbaira", where the "baira" part comes from Turkish "Bayram",
which has been borrowed into Bosnian.

It is. The "d" isn't exactly a "d"; it's an emphatic "d", which in Turkish
turned into "z". However, "ramzana" is not a valid Lojban word.
