"kelka'u" is defined as "x1 is a turn of x2 in game x3", so how about
"ko'a joi ko'e cu selyli'esi'u lo nu se kelka'u"
"ko'a and ko'e follow one another in having a turn."

The grammar currently accepts only "(number/lerfu-string/ME sumti)
MOI", not "quantifier MOI", which probably should be added.

You could use "mo'u" instead since it's not just when the game stops
but when it gets completed.
