{secau} and {ka'e} can't be part of a tanru.
{skamipli} should be {sampli}.
So maybe {doi cilcau seldaska'e sampli}.

That parses as:

do (poi le jbena limna ne'i le datni flecu cu dasni
du'i le secau troci le finrtroutu) cu dasni lei djacu fepri
le cnino tadji tepi'o ka na nitcu le vacri

i.e. "you wear the water lungs as the new method".

You want {jbena limna} (or {jinzi limna}?) as the selbri
of the poi-clause: {poi jinzi limna le datni flecu}
(you don't need ne'i, as the x2 of limna is for the fluid).

{du'i} takes a sumti as argument, so {du'i lo nu lo finpe
cu dasni lo djacu fepri kei}. (The proposed word for "trout"
is {salmone}, see:

or you can just use {finpe} if you don't want to be so 
specific.)

Also {le cnino tadji be lo nu na nitcu lo vacri}.

(tradadji -> tratadji)
{cnemu} means "x1 rewards x2 for doing x3 with reward x4".
So you probably want {cu te cnemu}. No {ponse}.

I think that parses, but not the way you want.

ga'a le ne'inai kampu prenu

There are two restrictions for {lei lenjo}, and there
is no selbri for the main bridi.

"Luddite" apparently comes from the name of a Ned Lud,
an English laborer who was supposed to have destroyed 
weaving machinery around 1779, so maybe {prenrludu}?

{mi na mipri le suksa ja lenku _nu_ terpa}

{ca} takes a sumti as its complement, {ca lo nu ...}.
I'm not sure I understand why you use {tavla} there.
Isn't the connectedness between user and machine that
causes the fear?

{li re} is the number two. "The two" as in 
"the two things/beings" is {le re da} or 
{le remei}.
