Man. Bit intense for the beginner's list. Fully fleshed out lujvo
and everything. :-) BTW, most of us (i.e. those working on
http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/) prefer the format "s1 helps / donates
to poor child s2=v1=p1 by means s4, child is of age v2 and
lacking in possessions/properties p2; s3 is 'poorness'".
Wow. The whole thing parses, too. .io sai
I'm going to do my standard lojban-beginners thing and
back-translate, but as you're clearly competent enough my actual
responses (if any) will be in Lojban.

They were very happy about this.

Clearly the child is satisfied.

Either I am finished loving a child I supported and it may or may
not be true that the child supporter cares for the talking of the
supported child, or neither of these are true.
OK, not doing this in Lojban.
I know that "ja nai" says that it's "only if", but it's almost
certainly not the "if" that you want. If you have "A .i ja nai B",
this means either A is true or neither B nor A are true. If A is
true, it doesn't matter if B is true or not.
Logical connectives are *not* causal.
If want you want is "I am finished loving a child I supported
because child supporters care about talking to the children they
support", you want ".i mu'i bo" or ".i ki'u bo".
Also, kurji doesn't mean "cares about", it means "take care of", so
the whole thing kind of confuses me. For "cares about", you want
"cinmo" or "djica".

I am capable of knowing about the things a supported child is
lacking.
