I would take that to mean:
"I'm the only one drinking water at the time of the party."

I would say {mi po'o pinxe lo djacu bu'u le nu salci}
for "I'm the only one drinking water at the party."

(There's also the question of whether {le nu salci}
or {le te salci} is better for "the party".)
