If You can pronounce {dj} (and not {tc}!) You should also be able to say {j}, just try to cut the 'd' off... Or first attempt to make {j} longer - having pronounced the {dj} don't stop saying the last sound which should be a perfect {j}.

Well, that's easy for me to say because we have all of the letters, but I believe You will manage to learn to pronounce the correct sound.
