[lojban-beginners] OGG speex for files

well, actually since the wav is most probably of low quality (i mean not
audio, but data quality, bitrate and such) the mp3 will of course be
bigger. mp3 was intended to use for music only. you should consider
using OGG Speex instead, which is an awesome, free, patent-free codec
expecially invented for speech (hence the name)
and OGG Speex files will most probably be smaller than the wave files
but sound the same (and have background noise removed as well)
