We already did a rafsi reassignment many years ago. Lojban as it was spoken 
before that is called {mijyjbo} and is now partly unintelligible. The rafsi 
in the gimste are now fixed and won't be changed (except {fi'u}, which the 
Book says belongs to {frinu}).
