{cumki} doesn't really mean "maybe" in the sense of "what you have
said is perhaps true or perhaps not true". It means that it is possible
that some event happens. It doesn't really belong with yes/no.

For the yes/no/maybe series I would suggest:

yes:       (ja'a) go'i
no:         na go'i
maybe:   ja'a cu'i go'i

For group 17 you want attitudinals. I suggest:

je'e:  I understand/I see.
ki'a:  I don't understand.
.u'u:  I'm sorry./Pardon me./I apologize.
