I'm not sure what that means, but if it means "Does the BPFK still
exist, and is it still important to Lojban?" the answer is *YES*,
the BPFK is the most important undertaking in the Lojban community
today.

That's a side effect of the wiki software: a page link with no
referent gets a ?.  Having said that, a lot of BPFK members don't
actually do much; we're always looking for skilled (or at least
semi-skilled) Lojbanists who don't mind doing a little work to join
our ranks.
