There are a few issues about the morphology and the formal grammar
that have to be settled also, but unless you are into formal grammars,
you would probably never be aware of them when using the language.

It's not so much endless discussions that prevent completion, it's rather
the endless periods of inactivity.

There are some cmavo that nobody can be bothered to write good
definitions for, probably because nobody ever uses them at all. These
cmavo won't raise endless discussions, they won't even inspire a single
person to sit down and write a definition.
