You may want to distinguish {cmene}, for names in general, from
{cmevla}, "name-word", which are those words that must end in
a consonant and can only be used as names. {cmene} is more
general because any selbri can be used as a name when preceded
by {la}. Many materials however do use {cmene} in the restricted
sense of {cmevla}.
