Excellent list, similar to the one I made for myself at the equivalent
stage of my learning. The only clarifications I would add are:

rafsi: affix syllable (like a suffix or prefix)
tanru: metaphoric modifier-phrase
bridi: sentence made of arguments connected by a relationship
sumti: an argument in a sentence.
selbri: the relationship part of a sentence.

The way you said it might work better for the way your memory and
understanding work, than for the way mine work.
