That's how I understand it, yes. {o'o} shows acceptance of something
undesirable, unwelcome, unsatisfactory, etc.

I see {o'o cu'i} as a neutral reaction, so not getting exasperated but not
being especially "positive" about it either.

I think that would rather be {oinai} or {i'e}.
