There's prior art in the form of names used in other languages. Great
Britain, for example, is Grande-Bretagne (or close) in French; United
Kingdom becomes Royaume-Uni. So I would not hesitate to call it
something like {balritgug} or {jorne nolraitrugug}.
Of course, this doesn't help in all cases....
