[lojban-beginners] Re: bridi into a cmene
The name "Puerto Rican Independence Party" is based on a noun
phrase, nothing like a bridi, so it's not a good candidate for showing
how a bridi can be used as a name.
Most names in English are noun phrases, but sometimes titles
of books, movies, etc. can be full sentences (e.g. "One Flew Over
The Cuckoo's Nest"). Some organizations are also named
with a full sentence, for example "Save the Children".
To turn a bridi into a name one can use {la du'u ---your bridi here---}.
For example:
la du'u ko nurgau lo cifnu cu sidju lo cifnu ve'a le munje
"Save the Children helps children around the world."
