I don't think there are any offcial lujvo. Only official gismu and cmavo.
Did you find a lujvo with 100000 votes?

I don't know of any. My impression is that nobody pays much
attention to the voting system, but in the (relatively very few)
cases where more than one definition is entered for a word,
the one that has more votes is the one that the jbovlaste search
will show you.
