Depends on the rafsi. If it's a CVC rafsi, it looks like a name; if it's CVV,
it can look like a cmavo, from any of several selma'o; if it's CCV, it'll get
stuck to an adjacent word.
I've repeated a syllable, and a whole line, in a song (it's repeated in the
original French):
ni'o le bi'u cmalu bloti
ni'o le bi'u cmalu bloti
ze'epu na na naku xe klama
ze'epu na na naku xe klama
.a'oi .a'oi
...
la tumlyselselselsruri xamsi
...
.i lei cidjadjadja cu se xaksu

It parses without the repetitions, but not with them.
