That looks like an attempt to translate "go fuck yourself".  Assuming
I'm right....

Isn't it rather malglico to use gletu to express a meaning that
actually has nothing to do with sex?  "Go fuck yourself" is not really
a suggestion to engage in any kind of solo sex; it's simply one of the
various ways English represents a very aggressive and angry "go away".
Quebecois French, as a contrasting example, uses religious rather than
sexual words for its strong language - but, like English's strong
language, the meaning they carry in such usage is almost completely
divorced from the original meanings of the underlying words.

Seems to me that something like {.o'onaile'o ko canci} (possibly
involving .ionai and maybe ri'e too) would be more appropriate.
