Would it be malglico to do what so many other languages do - use the
word 'branches' ? e.g.:
executive branch: {zuktrujimca}
legislative branch: {flatrujimca}
judiciary: {paitrujimca}
government: zuktrusu'a
parliament: flatrusu'a
'the courts': paitrisu'a
Then {trupau} could still be used for 'Ministry'.  Would a department then be {lo trupau pagbu}?
