The idea of "branch" implies a span where spatiality or temporality
emerges, which is not necessarily the definitional property of the
governmental divisions in question. What I think we want to signify is
a notional organization to which spatial or temporal stretches are not
pertinent. So I would prefer something from {girzu} as suggested by
Stevo, or {ciste}, or {ganzu}.
e.g.
executive branch - zuktrugri
legislative branch - flatrugri
judiciary branch - paitrugri
As for "government", I'm not sure whether {stura/su'a} is the best
tertau. The vlaste's {truci'e} seems as good. The grouping can then go
like:
e.g.
government - zuktruci'e
parliament - flatruci'e
'the courts' - paitruci'e
If more terminological relevance is wanted between "executive branch"
& "government" and so on, we might add {ci'e} to the
former:{zuktruci'egri} & {zuktruci'e}.
