I am in the process of writing a parser based on the PEG grammar and
morphology with very flexible output formats and soon to be very fast
(for PEGs anyway) parsing using Rats! generated parsers. So if you
have a need for such a parser, there's no reason to duplicate too much
work, unless its being written in C# is a dealbreaker.
