No, the position of {na} is much more restricted. It can appear in
front of the selbri, or in a term position as {na ku}. (And it can
also appear in front of a logical connective, na je, na gi'e, na .e)

They have different scope. {na'e} only negates a tanru-unit, while the
scope of {na} includes all that follows in the bridi. For example:

  ta (na'e sutra) citka ro badna
  That one non-quickly ate each banana.

   ta na (sutra citka ro badna)
   That one did not quickly eat all bananas.

mu'o mi'e xorxes
