I think you want {la lojban} rather than {lo lojban}. You can say
both {lo cukta} and {la cukta} because {cukta} is a bridi. They have
different meanings, but both are grammatical. But {lojban} in a
cmeve, so only {la lojban} is valid. The corresponding bridi is
{lojbo}, meaning "lojbanic", or more specifically {jbobau} meaning
"the lojbanic language".
