{lo pixra}. (You could probably guess it from context, since it
wouldn't make much sense for it to be {lo jubme}.)

It's possible, yes. One way is to use {ke'a goi ko'a} in the outer
clause, and then use {ko'a} in the inner clause. That's probably the
least confusing way. Another way is to use a subscript, but I never
remember the exact convention, either {ke'a xi pa} or {ke'a xi re}.
