Yes. {go'i} repeats the bridi, but any sumti can be replaced. If you want to 
replace "early" with "late", though, you have to restate the selbri. {mi 
lerci go'i} would mean "I come early late". {ra'o} updates the pronoun {mi} 
to refer to yourself, without having to say {mi} again. It's longer than 
{mi}, but if you have several occurrences of {mi} and {do}, it's shorter.
