Besides the unnecessary sentence-final periods and the misleading, if not wrong, use of "joi", which have already been commented on, the names themselves are sometimes not very good choices.  
Unusual stress in names is marked by using capitalized forms of the stressed vowel or stressed syllable.  The names in the lesson that this affects are:
.afrikas. > .Afrikas.
portugal. > pOrtugal.  or  PORtugal.
napolis. > nApolis.  or  NApolis.
bylin. > bylIn.  or  byLIN.

Since apostrophes (y'y bu) may not be used between consonants and in any case do not indicate stress, mad'rid.  should be madrId.  or  maDRID.

I would use lijboan.  or  lijbo,an. instead of  lijbo'an., but it's not technically wrong.

I would also mark a final stress of paris. and marseil.: parIs./paRIS., marsEIl./marSEIL.; otherwise they are strongly stressed on the penultimate syllable.

I would also not use Lojban forms that deviate too far from the standard native written form, especially in cases such as lyndyn. and byLIN, for which I would use london. and berLIN, but this is my personal preference.
