No, a necessary criterion of a valid lujvo is that it only consists of valid rafsi and "hyphens" (ie. y/r/n/l where it is mandated by the rules). Not all cmavo have rafsi, and this includes {ty}. So you can't have {ty} in a "proper" lujvo.

But there is hope! There is a cmavo, {zei} which can be used to combine any series of words into a lujvo. So {ty} + {creka} would yield:

   ty. zei creka
