I say it's the haplorhines, including tarsiers, but as a rafsi extend it to
the strepsirhines (norsmani).
Languages don't all have the same division of primates. In Spanish "mico"
refers to some or all New World monkeys, "macaco" refers to some or all Old
World monkeys, "mono" includes all monkeys and apes, and there is no word
that I know corresponding to "ape".
