I'm trying to create a translation of the page "cultural fu'ivla"
(http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=cultural+fu%27ivla).
The preview doesn't work (the content doesn't show up). And when I
click either "PARTIAL TRANSLATION" or "COMPLETE TRANSLATION", I get
this message:
"An error occured in a database query!
Your database requires an update to match the current TikiWiki
version. Please proceed to the installer. Using Tiki with an incorrect
database version usually provoke errors."
The linked installer page says:
"You are attempting to run the Tiki Installer. For your protection,
this installer can be used only by a site administrator."
