[lojban-beginners] comment structure

I was writing about a numeric encoding system and eventually wrote this:

li no ga'o bi'o ga'o vo nosomu pi sososomupapazepabizemu cu nacyja'e
sekai le papamei jetka'usatci va'i se'i li pa fi'u renovobi

in English:
  numeric-result is in range [0 .. 4095.99951171875].
   with-property 11 bit-precision - in other words 1 / 2048

jbofihe likes this.
however, jbofihe's -t output seems dubious to me --
in particular where 'TERM_TAGGED_SUMTI' is attaching -- to "nacyja'e"
rather than to "le papamei jetka'usatci"
.. well, I don't mean to say .. "numeric precision .. in other words,
11 bit-precision' :)
In my opinion, the TERM_TAGGED_SUMTI (the aside "va'i se'i li pa fi'u
renovobi") should be attached to "le papamei jetka'usatci"

I think I am missing knowledge of a necessary grouping cmavo.
I tried amending it to say "sekai le ke papamei jetka'usatci ke'e
va'i" -- jbofihe also accepts this, but it doesn't effect the grouping

third try:

li no ga'o bi'o ga'o vo nosomu pi sososomupapazepabizemu cu nacyja'e
sekai le papamei jetka'usatci .e va'i li pa fi'u renovobi

that is,
(le papamei jetka'usatci) .e (va'i se'i li pa fi'u renovobi)

which seems correct, and it produces a somewhat sensible-looking tree
where (va'i se'i li pa fi'u renovobi) is attached to
sekai. the non-tree output also looks sensible.

Is this appropriate? 'and in other words 1/2048' seems still a bit odd.
I really just want to specify '11 bit-precision, in other words
1/2048'; is that un-lojbanic or am I just ignorant ? :)

Thanks.
