"{va'i}" and "{se'i}" both belong to {selma'o} UI, so they act as  
attitudinals/indicators and do not start new structures; thus, "{li pa  
fi'u renovobi}" simply fills the x2 place of "{nacyja'e}."  I think  
the suggested way to say what you're trying to say is with a  
parenthetical: "... {sekai le papamei jetka'usatci to va'i se'i li pa  
fi'u renovobi toi}."
