"noljedai" is a type-4 fu'ivla, so what "nol" is a rafsi of is irrelevant.
So "nobli noljedai" is like "matching matchcoats". A type-3 fu'ivla consists
of a rafsi ending in a consonant, a hyphen-letter "r" or "n" or "l", and a
part of foreign origin beginning with a consonant and ending with a vowel.
