That is grammatical, but it's not a complete sentence. It's two sumti, "le
jvinu be vi ragve" and "fe do", with no selbri. "le jvinu be vi ragve" is
like "le vi jvinu ragve", except that "vi" modifies only "jvinu" (I'm not
sure, I don't think I've seen such a construction). So the sentence
means "The thing on the other side, having something to do with the here view
â you (relation unspecified)".
