Even if I knew how to get in contact with Antoinette (sorry, messed
it up last letter) Portis (through her publisher, HarperCollins, I
guess ( http://www.harpercollins.com/authors/29142/Antoinette_Portis/index.aspx
)), why would she even give permission to do so? The entire book is
about 50 words long, with simple line drawings. If I used her
drawings, there is basically nothing else. That would be basically
the entire award-winning intellectual property. And publish it
where/how? You want to do the legwork, you have my permission to use
my lojban translation, but there is nothing special about _me_ getting
the permission.
