I don't know, but I'd say the first step would be rephrasing it
without using the colloquialism "before one's time," which could mean
simply 'prematurely' or 'too early' or contain some grander
implications.

simply:
1) "She was born before expected" / "She was born prematurely"

'too much':
2) "She should have been born later on" / "Her being born later would
have been better"

artsy-fartsy:
3) "She demonstrat(es/ed) talent/ability/ideas that (were/will be)
popularized/realized after her lifetime"
