[lojban-beginners] Re: Only one true dog



Sincere thanks to both Pierre and Ian. I was wondering what would be wrong with "da po'o gerku"? A I understand it, "da" is the existentetial x, so if "la faidos po'o gerku" mean "Fido is the only dog" shouldn't "da po'o gerku" mean "there exists an x such that x is the only dog?
