Not making any statement about the nature of colour nouns in English
("the colour red"
is not necessarily the same as "redness"), I support the usage of
skari2 as a specific
kind of ka-property (i.e., a colour-property).

An alternative would be to use constructions such as {cicnyselska},
with the definition
"x1 is the selska shared by things that cicna ...", which I find an
unnecessary complication.
